Ralph Lauren to sell Polo shares

Don't freak out people the 70-year-old owner of the empire will not being giving up the reigns to the kingdom! Ralph Lauren is said to be selling up to 10 million shares of Polo, amounting to $870 million dollars! (not bad at all eh?)

Ralph will still be the majority shareholder securing the position for his son, David Lauren to take over as leader after his father's retirement. Wonder who will take on the designing?

Ralph lauren played heavily with the masculine/feminine trend in this collection and wrapped it all together in a country trend bow. Velour pants were paired with masculine vests, feminine tops were paired with manly herringbone pants, and florals were paired with neutral cardigans. The country theme mainly came out in the accessories, shoes and color palette.

The evening portion was a bit less glamourous than usual, however that does seem to be the idea this season. I love the black beaded chiffon layer dress.
